Warehouse Supervisor - Return and Earn Griffith

The Role

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage the overall operations at the Return & Earn depot in Griffith 2680 , receiving bulk deposits of recyclable drink containers from members of the local community. You will lead, train and coach a team of warehouse assistants, ensure that standard work processes and work, health and safety practices are complied with at all times. Your relevant warehousing management experience, with demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and building positive work environment will be highly important to this role. A current NSW Driver Licence and Forklift Licence are required for this role.
