**Responsibilities**

+ Meet business objectives for safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Counsel and support hourly employees with their needs and concerns.
+ Address performance behaviors, commend positives, and discipline negatives.
+ Engage workforce for ideas using the Quality Network problem-solving process.
+ Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
+ Update the Timekeeping System (TKS) daily to ensure accurate payroll processing.
