Job Description

YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will play a crucial leadership role overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of Distribution Centre operations. Working alongside key internal and external contacts, you will actively lead & coordinate daily requirements across labour resources, volumes, and customer priorities to provide an exceptional customer service experience.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the DC processing teams across both AM & PM shifts, ensuring all processing targets and customer service expectation levels are achieved

  • Actively lead the daily development of team members, in conjunction with Warehouse Manager

  • Work closely with the team to ensure high standards of safety and housekeeping are always maintained

  • Provide guidance, support and continual improvement mindset
