Warehouse Supervisor - Central Canada

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. Work location: Central Canada. Recruiting from: Red Lake (preferred). Flexible within Ontario (e.g., Sudbury or other Sandvik locations).

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations, including the development of improved processes.
• Assign duties to warehouse technicians to meet operational requirements and customer delivery timelines.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate periodic stock audits.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety; collaborate with parts group management and EHS to ensure a safe working environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse system and procedure issues.
