Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse in accordance with operational and new business plans and targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel on the assigned shift, to ensure proper staffing in order to receive and dispatch products at the warehouse in a productive and cost effective manner
• Administers duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.
• Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse shift, including dispatching, receiving, replenishments, and inventory control.
• Ensures no claims such as but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages, expired stocks, damage to customer assets, penalties, etc against the company are incurred.
• Recommend to the warehouse manager initiatives which may improve productivity and cost efficiency, increase revenue or avoid revenue ...
