Warehouse Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Supervise department activities and assists personnel in both warehouse operations

Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and ISO standards during warehouse operations.

Correct and timely issuance, receipts, PLTs, and other miscellaneous transactions.

Daily monitoring of SO approved and updates (current and back orders)

Creation of JO issuance picklist & reclassification and adjustments of RMs (if necessary)

Approve transactions in INFOR system and ensure properly closed

Coordination with concerned departments like Incoming materials, stock transfer, SLE, Expired items, etc.

Identifies and implementing process improvements for efficiency





REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:



At least five (3-5) years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor

Experience with stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.
