Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise department activities and assist personnel in both warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and ISO standards during warehouse operations.
• Correct and timely issuance, receipts, PLTs, and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Daily monitoring of SO approved and updates (current and back orders)
• Creation of JO issuance picklist & reclassification and adjustments of RMs (if necessary)
• Approve transactions in INFOR system and ensure properly closed
• Coordination with concerned departments like Incoming materials, stock transfer, SLE, Expired items, etc.
• Identifies and implementing process improvements for efficiency

Required Skills/Competencies

• At least five (3-5) years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
• Experience with stock control, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.
• Knowledgeable in ERP System...
