Talascend is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a Warehouse Supervisor position with a leading automotive manufacturer located in Bolingbrook, IL.
Summary:
The main function of a warehouse supervisor is to oversee union warehouse employees in order to meet business objectives for assigned departments regarding safety, quality productivity, responsiveness, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise a group of union represented employees and ensure work is being done by them safely. Following the processes established in SOS/JESs with the highest quality for our customers.
• Follow / enforce all safety protocol and hold employees accountable to all shop rules.
• Maintain timekeeping in Kronos daily
• Balance workload appropriately
• Assist employees with all needs
• Manage overtime with efficiency
