**Job Description**
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse employees to achieve business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness in assigned departments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Counsel and support hourly employees with their needs and concerns.
+ Address performance behaviors by commending positive actions and discouraging negative ones.
+ Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to address opportunities and engage the workforce for ideas.
+ Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) processes to improve layouts and efficiency.
+ Perform daily updates on the Timekeeping System (TKS) to ensure accurate payroll data processing.
+ Use A-3 reporting format to document problem-solving activities and observe local A-3 guidelines.
