Warehouse Supervisor

Overview
This role supports warehouse operations within a high-volume, fast-moving environment modeled after leading global athletic brands. The work hours are am – :pm with designated lunch and break times. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive both independently and as part of a larger logistics workflow in a Warehouse environment.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and managing the store's staff (Shippers & Receivers)

• Plan and implement the overall store strategy
• Co-Recruit and hire new store employees
• Train and evaluate employees
• Set and manage work schedules
• Monitor attendance, and ensure % coverage during working hours
