Essential duties and responsibilities

• Inventory management : Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, supplies, and materials, performing regular cycle counts and reconciling inventory records.
• Receiving and shipping : Receive deliveries and verify the contents against purchase orders to ensure all goods are correct and undamaged. Prepare and stage materials for distribution to community projects or maintenance staff.
• Storage and organization : Organize and store all items in the warehouse in a logical, accessible, and safe manner.
• Record keeping : Keep detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing items.
