Homeowner's association (HOA) manages the storage and distribution of the organization's property, supplies, and equipment. The role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory records, and organizing the warehouse space.

The warehouseman is responsible for the efficient and safe handling of all supplies, tools, materials, and equipment owned by the homeowner's association. The successful candidate will manage inventory, prepare supplies for community projects, and maintain a clean and orderly storage facility.
