Description

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, issuance, and monitoring of materials, tools, and equipment on-site to support efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect delivered materials and equipment against delivery receipts and purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials in the warehouse/site storage area
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site personnel based on approved requests
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies to the Project-in-Charg
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials
