• Handle end-to-end order fulfilment across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Process, pick, pack, and ship orders with precision
• Coordinate cargo release and receipt with forwarders/carriers
• Verify physical stock against documentation to maintain inventory accuracy
• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and routine inventory checks
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and equipment upkeep
• Operate warehouse tools (hand pallet jack, stacker) safely and efficiently
• Uphold SOPs, safety, and health standards at all times
