**Job Description**

The Warehouse Sorter plays a hands-on role in the daily operation of a busy warehouse, focusing on lifting, moving, and sorting materials throughout the shift. This position handles paper and cardboard recycling, separates materials by grade, removes contaminants, and supports basic inventory-related administrative tasks as needed. The role requires consistent heavy lifting, frequent movement, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lift, move, push, and pull equipment and materials for the majority of the workday.
+ Empty collected paper and cardboard from containers and properly dump them in designated areas.
+ Sort materials by grade, separating different types of paper and cardboard according to established standards.
