Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
**What you'll do**:**Job Summary**Supervise warehouse leaders to ensure the Receiving, Put-away, Cycle Counting and Materials replenishment to the production lines on time and with safety, aligned to Eaton values and ethics.Develop process to achieve a zero-incident culture, maximize output, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce overall costs.
**Responsibilities**:- Support the execution of optimized materials storage and handling processes and procedures.
- Direct management of the warehouse personnel, and related SCM activities.
- Maintain accurate records including overtime, attendance, and corrective action registers.
- Maintain and update material handling processes, standard work, and work instructions.
- Supervise personnel that coordinates the logistics as required by scheduling trucks based on product specifications and location requirements.
