4 on 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00

Salary

£41,452 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise all colleagues to ensure that they carry out their work effectively and safely and work as part of the team.
• Delegate and assign tasks to colleagues within the shift.
• Produce the rota for all colleagues to include all types of absences and flex to changes in volumes when necessary.
• Authorise all of the shift’s hours and annual leave requests through the approval system in place.
