The role of the Warehouse Shift Coordinator is to understand, engage, and support the Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager in coordinating the daily tasks of the Warehouse department. Warehouse Shift Coordinator directs the logistic process to ensure the safety of employees, product safety, product quality, hygiene level, efficiency, and compliance with environmental safety requirements. Mon to Thurs Nights 6pm – 6am.

Essential daily tasks:

• Record every potentially hazardous incident
• Conduct physical inspection of the areas with the Warehouse Team Operatives
• Ensure that all areas of the warehouse are tidy and well-maintained
• Monitor future load plans in relation to stock and advise of potential shortages
• Responsible for scheduling and managing stocktakes
