Warehouse Shift Coordinator

Overview

IKEA Doncaster is seeking a Warehouse Shift Coordinator to join our booking office team. In IKEA we call this role a Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Coordinator . The position offers a fast‑paced environment where you’ll coordinate shipments, work with external partners, and maintain safety and efficiency around heavy machinery.

What We Offer

• Start date: 5th January 2026
• Salary: £28,473 per annum (based on competence and experience)
• Contract options:
  • 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week (06:00‑22:00) with two weekends per month
  • 37.5 hours per week, 4 days per week, Friday‑Monday (06:00‑22:00)
