**Job Description: Warehouse Operator**
**Payrate: $25**
**Summary:**
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using warehouse equipment (including forklifts). This position ensures accurate inventory, efficient shipping and receiving, and adherence to safety and organizational standards.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Receive, verify, and store incoming materials; accurately enter receipts in the ERP system within 24 hours.
+ Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and stock reorders; maintain compliant storage for all materials, including hazardous and rejected stock.
+ Prepare, document, and track outbound shipments; resolve shipment issues and support on-time delivery goals.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse environment; participate in safety programs and comply with all required training and certifications (DOT, IATA, RCRA, Forklift).
