Warehouse Operator

Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Warehouse Operator.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, goods, and products from the warehouse to support business operations and meet customer demand;
• Assist with loading and unloading shipping packages to and from delivery trucks. Select and pack orders for shipment;
• Check for damaged or missing items;
• Confirm that the goods match the accompanying delivery documents;
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct inventory counts as needed;
• Prepare the necessary documentation, invoices and delivery orders, ensuring they are sent with all outgoing orders;
• Store goods properly;
• Move inventory manually, using lifting equipment or a forklift;
