IRS Group are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a new and exciting logistics operation based at Magna Park, Lutterworth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing warehouse operation from the very beginning, offering long-term opportunities, stable hours and future progression as the site expands.
Duties will include:
* Picking and packing orders
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Sorting parcels and freight
* Scanning and processing stock
* General warehouse duties
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
We are looking for candidates who are:
* Reliable and hardworking
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and willing to learn
* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
