• Early/day shifts, Monday to Friday, 4am start — no weekend work

The role of Warehouse Operative

• Operate machinery and tools to manufacture concrete products to specification
• Prepare and maintain moulds used in the production process
• Pour, level, and finish concrete accurately and safely
• Load, move, and store materials efficiently around site
• Carry out basic quality checks and keep work areas organised
• Work closely with the production and yard teams to meet daily targets
