* £13.44 per hour (first 12 weeks)

* £14.93 per hour (after 12 weeks)

Job Description

We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.

Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.

Shift Pattern

* Ambient: 6:00 AM start

* Chill: 5:00 AM start

* Average 7–8 hours per shift

* Rota: 4 on / 2 off (including weekend work)

* Full-time hours with consistent shift patterns
