Warehouse Operative

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**

+ Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.
+ Responsible for delivering all production-based activities:
+ Receiving products and putting away in locators,
+ Picking, packing and shipping products to our customers.
+ Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.
+ Inventory Counts/Checks/Investigations/Adjustments
+ Logging and moving of work and inventory between departments
+ Quality Checks and Logs
+ Checking/Loging and movement of Human Tissue products which require strict temperature, humidity control and Quality checks to ensure regulatory requirements and the safety and well being of our customers.
+ Delivering value-added services for the business.
+ Training new starters ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions.
+ Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager....
