• 2 - 3 Years experience working in a technical environment and managing warehouse / stores operations and leading a team including Drivers, Stores, Assemblers and Painter
• Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch procedures, and warehouse operations.
• Experience as Health and Safety Representative
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (SAP will be advantageous).

• Lead and develop employees through daily operational meetings, coaching, and training.
• Plan, schedule, and delegate workloads effectively.
• Ensure all completed and dispatched work meets required quality standards.
• Maintain strong communication within the operations team.
