+ **Warehouse Management:** Lead and optimize daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure high service levels, quality, and compliance.

+ **3PL Management:** Manage and develop strategic relationships with third‑party logistics providers to ensure performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.
