Job Description

This role of Warehouse Supervisor includes elements of cost management, inventory controls and safety management, as well as the day-to-day tasks associated with the effective running of the warehouse.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
Receiving deliveries and unloading containers

Receiving orders, picking, assembling and packing

Maintenance of goods within the pallet racking

Warehouse supervision of small team (up to 10)

Formal, documented reporting of all safety incidents.

Team development and training – ensure employees know their role and daily objectives.

Developing and streamlining processes where needed
Skills and experience
Must have people management skills – experience in leading 8+ staff.

Forklift licence essential.
