                Warehouse Operations Assistant with Forklift experience
 Warehousing Hayward, California Jun 29, 2026 We are seeking an organized Warehouse Operations Assistant with Forklift experience to support daily warehouse and office operations. This role includes handling shipping documents, driver paperwork, and system data entry, as well as assisting with inventory control, cycle counts, and timekeeping.



Shift: 5AM - 1:30 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overtimeb required)

Pay range: $23-$23

Key Responsibilities:
File digital and hard copies of all paper work (pick ticket, manifest and route sheets) 
Process previous day’s routes manifests and attached signatures into Eclipse 
Help answer phone calls and emails 
Process all daily driver paperwork 
Assist HR with new hire orientations and temporary employee paperwork 
Enter all new employee setup into timekeeping system and...
