Job Summary

This first-level supervisor/team leader manages 25‑50 employees at a large site (800 employees) and typically reports to a second‑level manager. Directly supervises semi‑skilled employees in a single function, establishes annual plans, interprets policies, and contributes to policy development. Executes budgets, develops schedules, enforces policies, and ensures unit goals are met. Provides coaching, performance reviews, hiring participation, overtime approval, and interacts with subordinates and peers.
