Warehouse Manager

**Role Purpose**

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing factory warehouse operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety management, and effective coordination with 3PL partners in a limited‑space environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee end‑to‑end factory warehouse operations, including raw material storage and outbound shipment coordination.
+ Lead and manage warehouse teams, including 3PL service providers.
+ Improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and processes through structured improvement plans.
+ Ensure high inventory accuracy and system discipline using SAP.
+ Drive safety management and compliance with EHS and company standards.
+ Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.
+ Communicate effectively in English with local and regional stakeholders.
