Warehouse Manager, Operations: Full time, Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm) (Calgary)

Location: 25 Aero Drive NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 8Z9

Salary Range: 80K-90K

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, direct, and coordinate all warehouse and inventory control activities, including inbound and outbound product flow.
• Delegate responsibilities to supervisors and team leads to achieve safe, productive and economical storage, handling, and distribution while meeting company profit and ROI goals.
• Supervise and coordinate the inventory control department to ensure physical and system inventory accuracy; keep warehouse profiling up to date.
• Lead all warehouse supervisors, team leads, and their teams; ensure regular supervisor reviews and support for safety, productivity and quality standards.
• Utilize labor planning tools; plan person‑hour allocation, set production schedules, and establish work procedures.
