Warehouse Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse teams to ensure high productivity and performance.
• Oversee shipment organizations and tracking, ensure inventory accuracy, and implement controls to reduce discrepancies and losses.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Plan and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and optimize processes.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and labor productivity; implement continuous improvements.
• Handle issues and exceptions related to shipments, inventory, or orders.
