Warehouse Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
2. Ensure high inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
3. Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
4. Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.
5. Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
6. Plan manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and workforce optimization.
