Warehouse Manager

• Lead inbound/outbound operations: receiving, storage, picking, dispatch.


• Manage inventory accuracy (FEFO/FIFO), cycle counts, and variance reduction.


• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.


• Plan resources across two shifts, 5 days/week, optimizing productivity.


• Develop and coach team members on safety, flexibility, and performance.


• Track and improve KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, lead time).


• Control warehouse P&L and optimize operational costs.


• Enhance process flows and break down silos between departments.


• Utilize WMS/ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for data integrity and traceability.


• Drive improvement projects (layout optimization, 5S, digitalization).

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
