Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinator

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

· Working with the Inventory specialists to ensure that the warehouse has sufficient components to meet all internal and external customer needs.

• Investigating cycle count adjustments (gains/losses)

• Working with Receiving Department/Engineering Change Coordinator to manage prototype material.

• Leading cycle counters and assists in warehouse inventory audits.

• Assisting in developing and ensuring processes to avoid low stock and overstock are adhered to.

• Analyzing inventory issues caused through adjustments and transfers and report to supervision.

• Report all found inventory discrepancies to supervision with fact-based analysis.

• Work in WMS module of SAP

• Before, during, and after implementation, assist in conducting WMS user training across various departments in the Warehouse.
