This role is ideal for a strong leader who leads from the front, promotes a safety-first culture, and takes pride in running high-performing and efficient operations.

Role responsibilities:

Workplace Health & Safety

• Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and ensure WHS policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor, report on, and proactively improve safety performance and compliance standards
