Warehouse Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory organization, and verification of outbound shipments. This role is hands‑on and operational, with added responsibility for coordinating workflow, maintaining standards, and supporting warehouse staff. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in ensuring orders are picked accurately, inventory is organized and traceable, and incoming and outgoing materials move efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
• Accurately record received materials in the inventory system
• Prepare outbound shipments for delivery or customer pickup
• Coordinate with drivers and internal staff to ensure timely shipments
• Verify orders before shipment to ensure correct items, quantities, and documentation
