Warehouse Lead Hand - 4:00am Start (Ayr)

We are currently looking for an AM Lead Hand for our Cambridge terminal.

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: Up to $52,000, based on experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 12:30pm. Location: 119 Earl Thompson Rd. Cambridge, ON N0B 1E0.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train personnel
• Daily AM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
• Routing freight, appointment booking and Dispatching
• Operating a Forklift, load/unload trailers and staging freight
• Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
• Customer shipment audits when required
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
• Action on all last‑minute shipment requests
• Various other duties, as required
