Lead warehouse operations in a full-time role with Lineage, focusing on managing and directing associates. This position involves variable shifts, including afternoons and nights, to ensure smooth processes.
As a Warehouse Lead at Lineage, you will oversee the daily activities of warehouse associates. Key responsibilities include planning work assignments, managing product inspections, and ensuring compliance during shipments. Experience in a unionized environment is preferred, and you should be comfortable in varying temperatures and noise levels while being flexible with work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign tasks to warehouse associates
• Report and manage defective products promptly
• Conduct daily equipment and shipment inspections
• Communicate with Traffic and Customer Service teams
• Coach and give feedback to warehouse associates
Requirements:
• Experience in a unionized warehouse setting
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs.
