To lead the distribution center network by implementing robust strategic plans that align with company objectives. The Warehouse Inventory Controller ensures that all warehouse operations are lean, cost‑effective, and fully compliant with internal and external standards while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence & Financial Control

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed On‑Shelf Availability (OSA) targets and manage total warehouse costs.
• Timeline Management: Achieve Put‑to‑Zero (PTZ) and Dispatch targets on a weekly basis at minimum.
• Inventory Health: Ensure Pending‑But‑Not‑Loaded (PBNL) orders are kept current in age.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ROS Compliance and internal audit standards.
