:Arrow Electronics is seeking a collaborative and engaged Warehouse Inventory Control Lead to join our newly constructed Warehouse Logistics center. This role will review accuracy regarding QR’s, inventory, and internal transactions aligned with Microsoft products. As a Warehouse Inventory Control Lead, you will be required to excel in the areas of safety, quality, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide escalations on issues regarding inventory control and legal compliance
Participate, coordinate, and collaborate with Microsoft Operations team
Communicate with internal Sales/ Asset teams on product transactions, transfers, serial numbers, quality, etc…
Provide strong professionalism and customer service to external Microsoft customers
