Warehouse Inbound Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
• Oversee the picking, inspection, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
