Warehouse Field Head

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate fleet schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) processes according to SOP and supporting documents.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for finished goods, raw materials, and supporting materials.
- Conduct periodic stock opname and ensure proper FIFO & FEFO implementation.
- Supervise warehouse safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance (e.g., forklift, barcode scanner).
- Prepare warehouse performance reports and provide solutions for operational issues.
- Support ISO implementation and continuous improvement (PDCA).
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree (preferably in Logistics, Management, or Industrial Engineering).
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse operations with team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of inbound & outbound processes, FIFO & FEFO storage systems.
