Warehouse Export Coordinator

**Job Summary**

The Internal Export Coordinator is responsible for loading and unloading goods, determining loading procedures, staging orders, working with USDA (when applicable) and checking product for loading accuracy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Assisting Exports Supervisor with day-to-day responsibilities
+ Setting up appointments for USDA inspections.
+ Pre-staging international orders for both USDA inspections and ocean container loading.
+ Completing load manifests and B/L's for export orders shipping out.
+ Contacting suppliers for required export documentation, follow-up as needed to ensure load dates stay on schedule.
+ Effectively communicate with QCCFL and Export Ops regarding international specific products and their respective inventories.
+ Coordinate with QCC Distribution Management and Centralized Inventory Management teams to ensure the cost effectiveness of international shipments (both inbound and outbound)
