Designation: Warehouse Deputy Supervisor Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Location - Maddur, Karnataka Purpose of the Role The role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and smooth raw material inbound/outbound processes, providing timely and accurate material supply for production to avoid production delays caused by inventory management issues. Ensure efficient and precise operations of raw material and finished product warehouses (3,000) to support the normal operation of 42 production lines. Resolve existing data management, warehouse order, and team efficiency issues in the warehouse, achieving consistency between WMS system data and actual inventory, reducing picking error rates, and improving loading/unloading timeliness compliance rates.
