Warehouse Coordinator

Requirements:
•Min 3 years logistics experience
• Must possess strong English language skills (written/oral), computer literate and experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).



Responsibilities

• Team player, flexibility, strong work ethics and ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment.

• Expedites and coordinates supplier deliveries to the warehouse.

• Oversees the warehouse service provider’s staff as they download deliveries.

• Perform quality control to ensure that specification and quantities of materials match the PO and the delivery note.

• Reports any discrepancies or damage of delivered goods.

• Quarantine any shipments that have discrepancies or damage.

• Track all deliveries into the warehouse in the WMS.

• Coordinate/oversee any repackaging requirement.

• Ensure all pallets are properly labeled and packing list attached.
