Role Outline

To plan, coordinate, and manage the day‑to‑day operational activities of the team, ensuring effective communication, leadership and development of staff. To oversee the execution of warehouse operations through proper resource planning, scheduling and control of employees and supervisors. To optimise resources to drive operational efficiency and ensure customer service standards are consistently met. To ensure all contractual KPIs are achieved and maintained in line with SLA requirements, while working closely with management to monitor performance and allocate work effectively across operational areas.
