Receiving Operations

• Verify all incoming products against Delivery Receipts, Packing Lists, and Purchase Orders using RF scanners and WMS entries.
• Conduct visual inspections of quantity, expiration dates, labels, packaging integrity, and product condition.
• Perform and record temperature checks using calibrated probes as per cold chain protocols.
• Ensure pallet tags are system-generated, accurate, and securely attached to each pallet.
• Supervise unloading and palletizing activities to ensure they follow QA/QC and WMS standards.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness, leftover load, foul odor, and general hygiene before accepting the goods.
• Immediately report all non-conformities and discrepancies to QA, including damaged goods, temperature deviation, label issues, and quantity mismatches.
