Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Associate

Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring a Warehouse Associate in Normal, IL. We are looking for an ideal candidate with packaging and/or warehouse experience, heavy lifting experience, and knowledge of safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Move materials into packaging

• Protect its quality by following packing and safety guidelines

• Perform repack operations

• Utilize lift assist equipment to package materials into crates

• Utilize proper lifting techniques

• Utilize training checklists for all repack procedures

• Always Utilize PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Apply 5S practices

Preferred Background

• Packaging or warehouse experience

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to do repetitive tasks
